Terms of Use
Article 1 [Purpose) These terms and conditions are related to the conditions and procedures for using the internet homepage service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") provided by the Regenerative Medicine Promotion Foundation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act; Its purpose is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and users. Article 2 (Effect and Revision of Terms and Conditions) 1. These Terms and Conditions take effect by notifying users through the website or by e-mail or other means after going through the public notice procedure in accordance with Article 31 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act. 2. The company may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the revised terms and conditions will be notified in the manner specified in Article 9. Members can cancel their membership registration (withdrawal of membership) if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, and continued use is considered as consent to the revised terms and conditions. The amended Terms and Conditions will become effective upon notification. Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions) Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws. Article 4 (Definition of terms) The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. 1. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the service, and who can continuously receive and use the information of the service. 2. User: Refers to members and non-members who receive the services provided by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions. 3. ID (ID): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the company for member identification and member service use. 4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by members to protect their confidentiality in communication. 5. E-mail: Mail through the Internet. 6. Termination: An expression of intention by the company or member to terminate the use contract after using the service. 7. Homepage: Refers to a virtual service space set up by the company to allow users to browse and use information and communication facilities such as computers to provide services to users. Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service) 1. The services provided by the company are as follows. 1) PR content for the company 2) Information on products sold by the company 3) Various information provided by other companies 4) Customer consultation service 5) Member use service 2. The company may provide additional or changed contents of the service if necessary. Article 6 (Suspension of Service) 1. The company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection/replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication. 2. In the case of service interruption under Paragraph 1, the user is notified by the method specified in Article 9. 3. The company does not compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision due to the reason in paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the company has intentional or gross negligence. Article 7 (Member Registration) 1. Users apply for membership by filling out membership information according to the sign-up form set by the company and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions. 2. Users must sign up for membership with their real names. 3. The company registers as a member of the users who have applied for membership as in paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs. 1) If the name is not your real name 2) If there is falsehood, omission, or typo in the registration information 3) In case of application using another person's name 4) If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership in accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions (provided, that 3 years have passed since the loss of membership in accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 3, and the company's approval for re-registration is required). Exceptions are made when it is obtained.) 5) Children under the age of 14 6) In the case of other members who do not meet the application requirements prescribed by the company 4. The time of establishment of the membership contract is when the company's consent reaches the user. 5. If there is a change in the registered information according to Article 10, Paragraph 1, the member must directly modify and register the change through the member information change item. Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification, etc.) 1. Members may request withdrawal from the website at any time, and the website responds immediately. 2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the company may restrict or suspend membership. 1) In the case of registering false information when applying for membership 2) Threatening the service operation order, such as interfering with the use of the service by others or stealing the information 3) When using the service, the law and these terms and conditions prohibit or act contrary to public order and morals 4) In case of failure to comply with the member's obligations specified in Article 13 3. After the company restricts/suspends membership, if the same action is repeated twice or more, or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days, the company may lose membership. 4. If the company loses membership, it notifies the member and handles the withdrawal. In this case, the member is notified and given an opportunity to explain before withdrawal. Article 9 (Notification to Users) 1. If the company notifies the user, it can be done with the e-mail address submitted by the user to the service. 2. In the case of notification to a large number of unspecified users, the company can substitute individual notification by posting on the service bulletin board for more than one week. Article 10 (Personal Information Protection) 1. The company collects the minimum information required by the company when collecting user information. The following items are required and the others are optional. 1) Name 2) Desired ID 3) Password 4) E-mail 5) Address 6) Phone number 7) Favor Subscription 2. When the company collects personally identifiable personal information of a user, it must obtain the user's consent. 3. The provided personal information cannot be provided to a third party without the user's consent, and the company bears all responsibility for this. However, with the exception of the following cases. 1) Minimum user information required for delivery to the delivery company for delivery business (Name, address, phone number) 2) If it is necessary for statistical writing, academic research, or market research, and is provided in a form in which a specific individual cannot be identified 3) In the case of a request from a government agency in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations 4) For criminal investigation purposes or when there is a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee 5) If there is a request in accordance with the procedures set forth in other relevant laws and regulations 4. Users can view and correct errors in their personal information held by the company at any time. 5. A third party who receives personal information from the company destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of receiving the personal information is achieved. Article 11 (Obligations of the company) 1. The company must do its best to provide services continuously and reliably as stipulated in these terms and conditions. 2. The company must do its best to maintain/repair the facilities related to the service in an operable state at all times, and to repair/recover them without delay in the event of a failure. 3. The company must have a security system to protect users' personal information so that users can use the service safely. 4. The company does not send advertisement e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want. Article 12 (Member's ID and Password Obligations) 1. The member is responsible for managing the ID and password assigned to the member, and the member is responsible for all consequences arising from negligent management and illegal use. 2. If a member recognizes that his or her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, the member must immediately notify the company and follow the company's instructions. Article 13 (Obligations of Members) 1. Members must comply with the matters notified by the company, such as related laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, usage guidelines and precautions, and must not engage in any other act that interferes with the company's business. 2. Members cannot engage in any commercial activities by using the service without prior consent from the company. 3. Members cannot copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish/broadcast or otherwise use the information obtained by using the service or provide it to others without prior consent from the company. 4. Members must immediately change their personal information when changes occur. Members are responsible for all consequences of not correcting member information. 5. Members must not engage in any of the following acts in relation to service use, and members are responsible for all consequences arising from the following acts. 1) Illegal use of another member's ID 2) The act of obtaining the e-mail address of another member and sending spam mail 3) Acts for the purpose of criminal acts or related to other criminal acts 4) Acts that harm good customs and other social order 5) Acts that defame or insult the reputation of the company and others 6) Infringement of rights such as intellectual property rights of the company and others 7) Hacking or distributing computer viruses 8) The act of continuously transmitting certain contents, such as advertising information, against the will of others 9) Any act that may interfere with or give a risk to the stable operation of the service 10) Act of changing the contents of the service provided by the company 11) Acts that violate other related laws Article 14 (Delete Posts) 1. The company may delete posts without prior notice if it is determined that the posts posted or registered by users violate the provisions of Article 13 or fall under any of the following subparagraphs. 1) Content that slanders other users or third parties or damages their reputation through slander 2) Content that violates public order or morals 3) Content that is recognized as being related to criminal activity 4) Contents that infringe other rights such as copyrights of third parties 5) Content that interferes with or may interfere with the stable operation of the service 6) For content criticizing the company or distributing groundless rumors without evidence or verification procedures 7) Content that is judged to be in violation in accordance with other related laws However, in the case of a reader's bulletin board, the following exceptions are made. In the case of large-capacity data, the number of uploaded posts is limited, and when the number is exceeded, the oldest posts can be deleted for smooth operation of the server. 2. The company may delete the postings without prior notice if the postings posted or registered by users violate the provisions of Article 13 or link to information that is deemed to fall under each subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the same article. Article 15 (Rights / Obligations for Posts) All rights and responsibilities, including copyright for posts, belong to the user who posted them. Article 16 (Relationship between Linked "Homepage" and Linked "Homepage") 1. If the upper "homepage" and the lower "homepage" are linked by a hyperlink (e.g., the target of the hyperlink includes text, pictures, and moving images), the former is called the linking "homepage" and the latter is called the linked " homepage (website)". 2. The connected "homepage" does not take responsibility for guarantees for transactions with users by means of goods and services independently provided by the connected "homepage". Article 17 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use) 1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the company belong to the company. 2. The user shall not use the information obtained by using the service for commercial purposes or have a third party use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the company. Article 18 (Prohibition of transfer) Members cannot transfer or give the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral. Article 19 (Compensation for damages) The company does not assume any responsibility for any damages to users in relation to the services provided free of charge, unless such damages are caused by the company's gross negligence. Article 20 (Indemnification / Compensation) 1. The company does not bear any responsibility for the content, such as the accuracy and reliability of information, data, and facts posted by users on the service, and users use the service under their own responsibility, and post or transmit using the service Users are fully responsible for any damages or disadvantages related to the selection of materials or the use of other services. 2. In violation of the provisions of Article 13, the company does not bear any responsibility in relation to goods transactions through the service between users or between users and third parties, and regarding the benefits that users expect in relation to the use of the service assume no responsibility. 3. If the company is liable for the user or a third party due to the user's violation of Article 13 or other provisions of these terms and conditions, and this causes damage to the company, the user who violates these terms and conditions You must compensate for all damages caused to you, and you must indemnify the company from such damages. Article 21 (Settlement of Disputes) 1. The company and users must make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes that have occurred in relation to the service. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the Seoul District Court has jurisdiction. 3. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to this lawsuit. Article 22 (Others) For the processing of matters not specified in these terms and conditions, users use the phone (phone number: 032-668-5860). Addendum These Terms and Conditions are effective from December 8, 2010.
